Dr abbas was wonderful. She is kind and explained everything well. I would go back to her. The front desk was nice but overworked. One woman was constantly trying to answer two phones at once. I felt bad for her. But good place.

I have been a patient of Dr Case for many years. The office is always clean and the staff is always great. During my last appointment, the admin staff went out of their way to check my vision plan and gave me information I did not have. The technician who did the testing was exceptionally friendly and interested in making sure I was comfortable with the machines and how they were used. Dr Case has helped me through several eye concerns as well as contact lenses. As my vision has changed he has helped me to come up with the right prescriptions so I can still wear contact lenses. I highly recommend this office!

Honestly - I had been a little concerned about not going to a "real doctor's office." However, I will be returning! Easy to make an appointment to get my eyes checked. The 'tech' or assistant who did all the tests was excellent. She explained everything so I knew when there would be a flash, or where to look, etc and exactly what they were testing. There was no wait. The doctor was very professional and friendly; she understood right away when I explained some of my vision history (since I'd never been there before). Asked questions about how I spend my day - in order to make recommendations regarding the glasses (progressives or not, etc) and always explained why. The office was clean, everyone was friendly; and most of the paperwork could be done beforehand online so I didn't spend 15 minutes writing my name and insurance info multiple times! Very happy.
